東宮行啓：1923年裕仁皇太子訪臺記念寫真帖
摂政宮裕仁皇太子は当時日本統治下にあった台湾を行啓されました。わが国の近代国家としての歩みの中でも画期的な取り組みであったこの行啓は、神社への参拝、各界功労者との接見、そして台湾西岸の澎湖列島内における陸海軍部隊や関連学校を親しく視察する事で統治者としての権威を確立することが目的とされ、後の皇民化運動へと繋がるものでした。

From April 16th to 27th, 1923, Crown Prince Hirohito, who was in charge of regency at that time, visited Taiwan where under Japanese rule.
It was an epoch-making event in the history of Japan, and through visits to Taiwan shrine, meetings with people of various walks of life, and visits to military organizations and related schools in the Penghu on the west coast of Taiwan. It established his authority as a ruler, and this led to the imperialisation movement.
臺灣在日本統治時期的大正12年(1923)4月16日到27日止，當時身兼攝政重任的裕仁皇太子，曾經來此地訪問。等同天皇位階人員的殖民地訪問（日文稱行啟），不只是在臺灣，在日本本國也是劃時代的創舉。本次臺灣訪問藉由神社參拜、接見孝子節婦、各界功勞人員，及巡視臺灣西岸包括澎湖群島在內的機關學校、軍事機構，在各界各種行事的配合之下，建立了統治者的權威形象，臺灣人幾乎自己停止推動強力有組織的大規模民族運動，為後日推展的皇民化運動，提供了難以數計的助力。

Born in Taichung, Taiwan. A prominent antique individual collector active in the fields of ancient culture and antique art.
He also appears as a guest on the TV program "新聞大解讀" (民視新聞台), a TV program hosted by Hu Zhongsin. The name is also known in the Japanese museum world and the Historical Society.

おう・さえい
台湾・台北市に生まれる。木馬廣告代表取締役、輔仁大学広告学部 准教授。台湾の名政論家・胡忠信がホストを務めるTV番組『新聞大解讀』（民視新聞台）にレギュラー出演中。時代に埋もれつつある戦中・戦前の台湾と日本の文化的魅力を発掘し、著書や講演にて国内外に向け広く紹介している。
Born in Taipei, Taiwan. Managing Director of TROJAN ADVERTISING, Assistant Professor of Fu-Jen University. Regularly appearing on "新聞大解讀" (民視新聞台), a TV program hosted by Hu Zhongsin, a prominent Taiwan Political scientist. Excavationing the cultural attractiveness of Taiwan and Japan, which are in this age, and introducing them for home and abroad widely by books or lecture.
生於台灣台北市。現任木馬廣告總經理、輔仁大學廣告學系兼任助理教授。同時為名政論家胡忠信先生主持之民視「新聞大解讀」節目常態性與談人。
